Sonic Racing results.
After a long break from competition to focus on manufacturing and product developement, Sonic Racing
returned to racing starting with the Queensland championships in June 2009.
2009 QLD champs, June.
1st place Offshore class, 2008 R60 twin. Undefeated.
3rd place Open petrol mono, 45" Blade.
National 1/2 K oval record in Class 2 Offshore, Titan stock G260. Record has since been defeated by a gas rigger in this class.
National 1/2 K oval record in Class 3 Offshore, 2008 R60 twin. Record has since been defeated by a gas rigger in this class.
2010 Club race day, February.
1st place Class 1 Offshore, 2010 R60. Undefeated.
2010 Nationals, April.
1st place Class 1 offshore mono, 2010 R60, SQE single. Undefeated.
1st place Class 2 offshore mono, 2010 R60, SQE twin. Undefeated.
3rd place 16-25 petrol mono hull 2010 R60, SQE G231.
4th place Open petrol mono hull, 2010 R60, CMB.
3rd place Class 1 offshore cat 64" Odyssey, SQE single.
2nd place Open petrol tunnel 42" tunnel, stock RCMK.
Highest overall points scorer for the event and amassing over 8300 points across 6 classes entered, SRA won 14 heats of racing - 7 second places and finished 25 out of 30 races for the whole event to finish with 5 top 3 positions. The SRA 2010 R60's won 12 out of 20 heats contested.

2nd place Open petrol tunnel.
7 rounds of racing resulting in over 9500 points across 5 classes entered. SRA won 17 heats of racing - 5 second places and finished 29 out of 35 races for the whole event to finish with 4 top 3 positions.
